IEEE投稿注意事项 §

图片格式与分辨率 §

• 参考1 - Journal Authors 1，参考1 - Journal Authors 2，参考3 - Conference Authors，参考4 - Magazine Authros

• 命名（好像只有Journal有这方面的要求）：

  Identify your graphics with the first five letters of the primary author’s surname, followed by a number signifying its sequential position within the article. For example, an author with the surname of Gonzalez may have:

  • gonza1.tif
  • gonza2.pdf
  • gonza3.png

• 格式：PS、EPS、PDF、PNG（RA-L好像不接受PNG），或者TIFF。只有作者照片可以是JPEG

  • 可以使用ImageMagick将JPEG转为PDF。

  • IEEE accepts PS, EPS, PDF, PNG, or TIFF formats for graphics submission. 
  • It is acceptable to submit Microsoft Office documents (DOC, PPT, XLS) only when the graphic was originally drawn in the program.  
  • High-resolution JPEG files are acceptable for author photos only. IEEE also continues to accept PS, EPS, and TIFF.

• 尺寸：

  Most graphics are published at one column width (3.5 inches / 21 picas wide) or two column width (7.16 inches / 43 picas wide).

• DPI要求

  IEEE standards for non-vector graphics for color and grayscale images are >300dpi. IEEE standards for black and white line art are >600dpi.

• 换算后宽度为单栏的图片分辨率应在1050px左右，横跨双栏的图片宽度应在2150px左右

  In cases where graphics, such as digital photographs, are produced at a lower resolution, acceptable quality can be achieved by ensuring that column-wide graphics are at least 1050 pixels wide and page-wide graphics are 2150 pixels wide.

• 图片内文字字体 推荐字体：Helvetica，Times New Roman，Arial，Cambria，Symbol，字体大小在9~10 point。参考

  Any text within a graphic will be replaced during the article production process to adhere to uniform IEEE magazine style.

• 其它

  IEEE recommends that you avoid sizing graphics to less than one column wide, as extreme enlargements may distort your images and result in poor reproduction.

IEEE publications must list names of all authors, up to six names. If there are more than six names listed, use the primary author’s name followed by “et al.” For non-IEEE publications, “et al.” may be used if names are not provided.
